The Quilt LAB is a longarm quilting business located in Austin, Texas, run by Laura Anne Brown, a quilter for more than 12 years. While my education was in engineering, I’ve trained in art since the age of 13, studying at the Corcoran School of Art in Washington D.C. as well as the Torpedo Factory in Old Towne Alexandria, Virginia. I’ve also studied the art of quiltmaking with quilters such as Carol Bryer-Fallert, Katie Pasquini-Masopust, Linda Taylor and more.
